About This Project

A strip mall unit needed a complete interior gut before a new restaurant tenant could begin their build-out. We removed all existing walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, fixtures, and MEP rough-ins. All debris was hauled in our trucks — no separate waste contractor needed. The space was broom-clean and ready for the architect's walkthrough in 48 hours.
